Enrollment Terms :
1. The selected course
to be completed within 365 days after enrollment form submitted. Any unfinished lessons after 365 days will be regarded as
cancel and no refund for paid tuition fee.
2. The course is only for
the client who signed the enrollment form and transfer to third party is not allowed.
3. Any cancellation or postpone of class requested by private tuition client has to be made 3 hours before thebooked
class begin. Otherwise, the booked lesson will be charged at client's account.
4. Request for changing tutor must be informed to the operator 2 days before the class begin.
5. Centre have right to change tutor for the class if unexpected matters happen to
the signed tutor.
6. Clients who attend group class must
join the booked class. No refund will be given to client if they do not come to the class with the given time.
7. Late coming for the booked class will not refund the time to client and late coming for
over 30 minutes without any notice will be counted as cancel and it will be charged.
8. Client need to sign attendance sheet after finish the lesson.
9. Centre
will be closed for Public Holiday and Typhoon No.8 and the lesson to be postponed to next booking lesson.
